About

I design for how it performs — not just how it looks.

I'm Inwook Kim — a product and UX designer in Metro Phoenix who measures design in outcomes: fewer errors, faster completion, lower cost.

Portrait of Inwook Kim

Over 6+ years I've designed for government, logistics, marketing, and small business, taking products from research through launch. My work spans high-stakes federal platforms — a USPS international-inquiry redesign projected to save $800K a year, and a 508-compliant, USWDS-based system for DHS · CISA — to design systems and onboarding for tools like TAP Local's POS.

I care about accessibility and measurable results as much as craft. Alongside product work, I design brand identities and graphics for local businesses — because clarity matters whether it's a dashboard or a logo.
